자신을 주신 그 사랑처럼
남편의 책임은 자신의 생명보다 더
아내를 사랑하는 것입니다


이것은 그리스도께서
말씀 안의 씻는 물로
교회를 깨끗이 하여
점과 주름같은 것이 없는
영광스러운 교회로-
자기 앞에 세우시려는
이 비밀이 위대합니다
나는 그리스도와 교회를
가리켜 말하는 것입니다 (*2)
