나에게 유익하던 모든 것
해로운 것으로 여김은
그리스도 예수 아는 지식이
가장 탁월함으로


내가 이미 획득한 것도
온전케 된 것도 아니네
다만 그리스도께서 나를
붙잡으셨으므로


나 또한 그를 붙잡으려고
힘 다해 추구하리
측량못할 그 모든 풍성
나의 보상이요 푯대라


내 존재가 주 안에 잠기고
적셔질 때 우리는
발견되리 영광 안에서
발견되리 (발견되리) 주 안에서
